Great SSD. Ive been using this for 2 years. It replaced a Samsung 990 that has failed twice and was replaced via RMA. I demand so much out of this and it has no issues keeping up.

Absolutely based storage unit. This bonafide top tier piece of engineering is everything it claims to be short of the read speeds diminishing returns after + or - 50% capacity. Something still hampering the SSD revolution. I have heard whispers of storage maintenence technoques to subdue the diminishing returns of SSD's but I have yet to discover them myself. Nontheless there is no denying the read write speeds of these units, and make no misake, these are absolute UNITS if you known what i mean. If you dont, then i mean aay goodbye to prolonged boot up times and application loading as well long stretches of waiting to save documents As well as songs and video games. Ingenious engineering is the least i could say about these new drives. Capacity is limited as are speeds to cap ratio. But make no mistake, this is a fantastic step in storage. If only we could figure out how to maintain read write speeds out of the box as we increase capacity.

WD Black SN850X 2Tb Internal SSD is an excellent product

Faster and more reliable than any other internal ssd in the market, in other words I can not find an ssd that can come close to this WD SN850X.

I used it in a computer i built, it was easy to install. I play games on it and all my games download fast. I didnt buy an addition heat sink and it holds up no problem after long periods of use. I monitor its temperture with a WD app temperature barly deviates a couple degrees F. My favorite game is escape from tarkov.

Not much to say, very reliable and a lot of space to use!

Super fast Gen 4 speeds. I actually bought two of these one for my PC and the other for a Ps5. I added a heat sink for the Ps5 but I'm not sure I even needed to. These drives are amazing, They are one of the fastest on the market with a price much lower then many others at these speeds.

Just like almost every other pcie 4 ssd, the performance is extremely fast. I’ve had no performance issues. I have two of them installed on a B550 board, with the primary drive running on pcie 4 mode and the other one on pcie 3. The pcie 3 mode runs temps around 35-40C, but the primary pcie 4 drive which runs windows 11 ran at around 48-52C. However, I got a $10 overkill ssd heatsink from amazon and that managed to lower the idle temps by 5-10C, even with minimal air ventilation.

So glad i got this love it. Works perfect with all the items im running.

I’ve installed 4 of these drives in my desktop. All 4 were recognized immediately and functional. They provide extremely fast read/write speeds and really boosted performance on my computer. I’ve always been a WD fan and these drives certainly live up to my expectations!

This works great. I mistakenly bought this SSD instead of the one with heatsink for my son's PS5. Rather than return it, I was able to pick up an add on heatsink. The install was simple and instantly gave the added storage that was needed.

I built a new PC and chose this to be the main memory. I do not regret this, compared to my old laptop the difference is day and night the speed in which apps and games load. An art program I use would take about a minute or two to load, now takes a second. Amazing!

Works great kids love it. Was a great Christmas present for my son.
