    Great Hard Drive for the price! My Western Digital drives seem to last longer than others (like Seagate). I also appreciate that it is 7200rpm for the read/write speeds.

    Purchase this 1T hard drive to replace my 350G installed drive.Installed the drive. The software program did an excellent job of cloning my hard drive. Swapped out my hard drive and replaced it with the 1T WD drive. Everything worked great until I started having crashes on the computer. I though it was the software. After trouble-shooting the problem, found the 1T WD to be at fault. Best Buy has a 30-day refund policy, so I exchanged it with another 1T WD Hard Drive. So far, this one is running without incident. I purchased many other WD drives in the past. This is the first one with problems. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

    You get what you pay for. I just needed a 1TB drive for a media center PC, so this was perfect. Didn't need gaming quality performance, just a lot of storage space for a reasonable price.
