This hard drive has worked perfectly right from the start. I didn't have any problems installing it into my computer or using my recovery USB on it.

My hard drive needed replacing. The cost of this drive made the repair much less painful! It's cheap, it works, and it's as fast or faster than the stock drive on my Dell Inspiron One. It was also bigger than the stock 500 GB as well.

I've had this drive in use for awhile now and I can say it's a workhorse! The installation was simple-no bugs to install. Works flawlessly even with my upgrade to Windows 10.

It was replacement for my father in law because his HDD was died after power outage. Installation went smooth and HDD was ready for new OS installation fast. They also provide 4 screws in box. After couple months of use no complains. I hope that will last long.overall good HDD.

Been using Western Digital since the 1980's. This is a good drive. Not a speed demon but it's quiet and no bad blocks. I use an SSD drive to boot from and this is used for storage.

This is a very quiet desktop hard drive at a reasonable price. It comes with a limited version of Acronis True Image WD Edition Software for data transfer. Easy installation.

Obviously can’t speak to durability over time but a TB drive with 7200 rpm performance for under $50 was an amazing deal and so far it works fine.
