    I have using Western Digital drive for most of my builds for friends and have very few problems with them. Never had even one dead on arrival either like some folks have with other brands. I highly recommend this 3tb monster.

    Picked this up to replace a dying 1TB. Formatted and copied everything over without any problems. Using Fedora Linux with EXT4 filesystem. I do recommend extending the idle parking time (Google), as this may be why my 1TB died after 2 years. All and all, a great drive for the price.

    For the price, this was definitely worth purchasing especially if you're going to use it as a hard drive for your home camera system. Format and set up was simple with the software provided.

    This drive despite being 5400 is cheap and fast enough for a storage drive, I wouldn't suggest installing an OS on it but as storage its a great deal, I should've bought more than one while it was on sale, its a good drive.

    I looked at several different Internal HDs but this one looked to be the best for my needs. The price was great and the drive is working up to its reputation. It is quick smooth. I love it. Nice addition to my system.
