I was looking for extra storage for my xbox, so I saw this can be used for xbox series x for 1 tb storage. Easy plug & play. You definitely need this because games use up so much storage space fast.

It’s great to have extra storage but it’s still only adding 1TB of storage and its still unfortunately at a premium price compared to the options that the PS5 has with its common form factor and widely available options for storage. This is still slightly cheaper than the seagate option I just wish that it came in a larger capacity and at a more reasonable price and at the end of the day it will only work for an Xbox.

Way better than buying a console with more space the terrorbyte also allows you to store games on it that you can play on another console instead of bringing your full console

Pros: Powered off the Xbox-X. Plugged it into the back of unit. Powered it back on did a re-format. All expansion space is now available. Highly recommended if you need extra storage. Cons: Expensive

Works great! Xbox instantly recognized it and i was transferring within mins. Games are getting bigger so I will need to get a bigger one at some point.

Excellent purchase, small, portable and with a large capacity

You get what you expect - 920GB of storage space for every game you can think of. Of course, the main benefit is playing optimized Series S | X games. The transfer speed averages about 5Gbps-8Gbps, between the internal SSD and this one, while giving you the ability play the titles too. The crappy part is the price for proprietary products with Microsoft and their partners. I got this for $120, during Black Friday, but a 2TB Samsung SSD usually runs the same during a sale - (PS5, PC, etc). I'm glad I got it, but I'd never pay $150-$250 for an additional 1TB, especially seeing as the updated Series X should come with 2TB stock. Only buy during a sale
