Required call to WD Support plus remote access
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I attempted to install this unit but received multiple failure notices upon multiple backup attempts. I called WD Support on day 3 and required remote access assistance to properly install and reset many functions. Many changes were required, but I was guided through remote access and am now receiving automated backups after a phone call with 2 techs that took over 1 hour. The second support person guided me through the remote access procedure and did a very goodt job of assisting. I would give this product a higher rating if I had not had frustration and much time to initiate the first backup.
