nice speed, low power consumption to make for a good overall external storage drive.

Easy to use and quick retrieval and loading times. It was a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it so far and would recommend. Took some time to move everything from the Xbox to the hard drive but that was the only time-consuming component.

This is my second wd external. I have been very happy with them the first one even worked after accidental drop kick. Transfer speeds are good and haven't noticed any lag during play back from the drive. Also nice and quiet

This My Book 6TB drive was very easy to setup and use. I recommend it to anyone who has lots of business records or images to keep track of them. If you have the USB 3 port it is very fast moving the data over too.

I have five of these drives in a cadre that I use to back up various kind of data. One for pictures, several for Karaoke Host systems, and for personal documents. Have not had any problems at all with them.

I bought this so I had a backup for all of my pictures. It is really easy to use and simple start up instructions. I am not the best with gadgets and I was able to figure it out.

I bought this intending to use it for my iMac Time Machine backup of an onboard drive and two externals. It was easy to setup and does extremely well in what I need it to do.

With mean failure percentages on drives at about 2-5 percent per year it makes sense to keep a second backup of your data. This is a large enough drive to backup most peoples data.
