I am getting close to retirement and wanted to put all my files on a drive to take with me. This was a simple plug and go. I had zero issues getting my files downloaded. As a teacher, this is years worth of work that I want to keep in case I go back into the classroom after retirement.

We bought this My Passport to give us extra memory because our new Lenovo laptop's internal drive was a bit small (though we're very happy with the computer). Price of MP was good however the BB website advertised a 2 TB at about the same price as the 1 TB, but the 2 TB was not in stock so we took the 1 TB ... which may be plenty ~ we'll see.

My first time buying an item to save my treasure (pictures and videos) can hold alot and is so small too. In love with it! Easy to use

My computer was at Geek Squad because it suddenly wouldn't come up to desktop. I knew from previous Geek Squad visits, that my files needed to be backed up. I asked them for something like a Passport and I got just what I wanted. It's a small 1 TB hard drive that works really well.

I brought my WD -My Passport at Best Buy because it was a nice price. I have been using it ever since I brought it and it's a great product. You can store a lot of items on it and it easy to use, It connects to all my pc's and tv's. You just about store anything on it.

Easy to use. Compact size is convenient. Can be used with PC or Mac. It comes formatted for PC, so If you need to use it with a Mac, change the format before storing any any files.

Such an amazing option for some quick extra space until you can take apart your pc. Have had it for over half a year and haven't had a single problem. Super simple too! Just use the provided chord to plug it into the pc and boom!

The portable hard drive was a great price and provided more than I even needed. This is super small, but packs a really big savings and offers much more than expected. I would recommend everyone I know to use this personally or for a small business.

This was so easy to purchase, connect and utilize for a 12yo. Made his Stormworks program function much better and he is able to save everything he makes without fear of frustrations without always having enough room

Holds a lot of files and is easy to operate. I backed up all my documents and photos, as I am an author. For the price and the tiny size, it works great. I haven't tried to make changes yet but it seems easy to operate. I recommend it.

I purchased this External Hard Drive, the WD My Passport 1TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive on the grounds I needed another External Hard Drive as a Back Up or an Auxiliary if my computer's Main Hard Drive crashed or had an issue. This Hard Drive has worked perfectly, hasn't let me down and I'm extremely satisfied with it. I'd purchased a previous WD My Passport External Drive, and wasn't disappointed in that one either. I would recommend this.

I like Western Digital and needed a second hard drive. But the one I bought didn't load properly. I thought it was my fault and went to the Geek Squad for help. It turns out it was defective. The good news was the the technician figured it out quickly and replaced it. These things happen, but getting it replaced was even a better experience.
