Picked up please portable hard drive as an upgrade from my usual USB stick! I was able to store several photos, documents, and PDF documents without a hassle! The usb 3.0 helps items transfer quickly and securely with the added password encryption availability on this device! Now, unlike my USB device; if the drive is ever lost, I don’t don’t have to worry about my data being compromised as it is password-protected! I would definitely recommend this to others if your looking for a drive on a budget and need the added data security!

This is a must to have in everyhome! Dont rely on your phone to save important pictures or the cloud its good to have a backup and also lets you go through pictures to try and organize. Backups are important!

I have used an older one for several years. Got this one for my wife. Good size for carrying around in purse or briefcase. Not much more expensive than thumbdrives and shoulld last longer and holds more.

The Passport (1 TB) is amazing. I have used it as a backup for my laptop for several years. The storage capacity is huge and it is so easy to use to backup documents and retrieve them. The device comes with a 10-year warranty, including being able to retrieve files if it becomes corrupted. I highly recommend it.

I have an older Western Digital SSD and it has performed flawlessly, so when I needed a second SSD, WD came to mind right away. Easy to set up and use. I like the extra security of an external solid state drive.

I love this Hard Drive It really took a load off my hard drive I had over 1400 Pictures and Videos. It's great if you need extra storage space Is convenient just plug it in A 3.0 USB. I recommend this I gave it five stars.

WD produces excellent hard drives and I’ve used them for years. I’m using this one for the backup to my Mac mini HD. It was easy to reformat for the MacOS and runs silently. An excellent device, as expected.

I love this compact external Drive. It makes my Back Ups secure and within reaching distance. I feel my info is safe when it is in my hands and secured by my own Passsword and locked away when I am not at the computer. The 1 terabyte fits my needs, and if I need to go larger, there are more Passports with a larger capacity available.
