Excellent product. This order, as it turned out, happened in the middle of several days of heavy snow, and the items still arrived on time and in good order.

I'm digitizing a huge library of videos and music and using these drives to store the files. This has been a long term project and the WD Passport drives... I've purchased eight... have been outstanding. I'm very happy with their reliability and speed, and they have become smaller over the years making storing them easy.

I purchased the My Passport 2TB External Hard Drive by Western Digital to backup my hard drive while my computer was being repaired. It contained software that made the backup very easy. I chose this model after going through reviews on independent sites and carefully comparing features (and price).

We purchased this primarily for photo and sensitive document storage that can be easily unplugged and put in our safe. Depending on how sophisticated you want get it is pretty much plug-and-play. All we had to do was format it first. So far we're very satisfied.

We were looking for storage to help my son with his PS4 and we read that this woukd help and it did. He's loaded all his games and still has a lot of room for more. It provided fast load times and theres been no lag time so far. Would definitely buy another one, and the price was great for this time of the year.

I got this to add more space for gaming on my computer and this has helped tremendously. It’s nice being able to just store almost all of my games on this one drive and still being able to access them so easily like it doesn’t exist. Very easy plug-and-play.

I'm a wedding photographer and I use these hard drives as my working drive to edit on. This is probably my 10th one and I've never had any issues at all and will continue to buy them forever! I recommend a case if you travel with it.

Excellent for storing scanned photos. Connected an old Toshiba with Epson Scanner. Tons of room should hold hundreds of photos. Was plug and play and worked first time no hassle.

Works great. Easy to partition. Great for both temporary and permanent files. So much space I backed my entire old computer onto a section of the drive and still had room for my new and duplicated files.

I cant believe it took me so long to get a portable hard drive. i had so many flash drives I finally smartened up and consolidated. Great price easy to use. i love the password protection on it as well. i haven't found a portable hard drive with both the password and the storage for this price. awesome!

Plug and play, what can you say other than it was really easy. Good size for the hard drive. Great to use the back up stuff. But three have no issues with any of them.

This external hard drive has worked great for me. It is easy to use and has handled my storage needs. In addition, the staff was very helpful in determining my needs and in selecting which product was best for me. I would recommend this item to anyone needing an external hard drive.

I bought this for my son who is in university. This device is light and slim it can fit in any laptop bag. It has ample space to store all his documents, term papers, and digital files. Great for backups. The SSD drives are better and faster overall but much more expensive.
