I needed to have my files taken off my laptop and this passport fit the bill perfect. I have a very old WD external it is huge and wanted something smaller and that would hold a larger amount of files. WD products have always worked well for me. The color being blue was a perk : )

Bought a new computer and wanted to have a backup drive that I could plug in with USB. This does exactly that! Plugged it in, dragged files across, and there it was. Well worth the price for the piece of mind knowing all my music and video files are safe if my computer ever fails.

Just plug and play! Using it to scan old color pictures and slides to digital. Works great.

I find this disk perfect to perform and store my data backups due to its 2 TB space, the easiness and speed to upload/download the data through the USB 3 technology, and because it's really portable. Also, you can restrict the access to the data by creating a password

I purchased this to back up my genealogy research files and photos. Have transferred thousands of photos and works great and have used very little of the 2TB of space. Transfers photos quickly and expect the same speed when my genealogy files grow. Very happy with this product.

Great hdd for PS4. It can hold many games as well as be used to transfer between systems.

This is easy to set up. I use it as an external backup. I purchased 2 and alternate them.

I am not computer savvy, but I had a friend help me set this up to ensure that it automatically backs up my system everyday so that I don’t have to do it manually. If you’re not a computer whiz, you may be equally as confused as I was on how this thing works. However, having it on my computer gives me added peace of mind that my photos, and other info, are safely backed up in the case of a computer crash.

Nice small size portable drive with good capacity. Doesn't need power plug so very convenient to carry around.

I bought this to extend my PS4s memory so I could have more storage for games. It works perfect for what I need, and I have the 2tb on the drive and the 500gb that came with my PS4. So more memory than just installing a internal 2tb hard drive. Perfect PS4 external drive
