    This attractive WD - My Passport Go 1TB External USB 3.0 SSD went on sale for $100 on Best Buy Deal of the Day. I read all the Best Buy reviews on this model and decided to buy one. When it came I tried it on several well maintained computers I own with USB 3.0 and I could not get the USB 3.0 read/write speeds some other Best Buy reviewers had mentioned, instead it was clocking closer to USB 2.0 read/write speeds when testing with ATTO Hard Drive Benchmark, etc. so I returned it.

    Bought this thinking it was a great deal but its so flimsy. I would be scare of carrying in my messenger laptop bag. Bought a metal case on instead. The other think most of these new drives only have 2 year warranty For keeping next to a desktop in a desk, may be OK
