I don’t have this Western Digital external backup drive hooked up yet to my new laptop and that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars. I can’t say for sure this works great however I’ve used WD backup drive before and had no problems until it stopped working. I am assuming all WD external drives are of good quality and gets the job done with easy access to save files and easy restoration of one or all saved data.

bought this because I needed more space for my laptop and it has definitely done the job it works great and has a good amount of space in it would recommend.

Great product from a long standing player in hard drive manufacturing. Highly recommend. If the size fits, and if not, they have plenty more to choose from.

It has been almost 4 years and my backup drive is working perfect. It comes with an option to password protect the drive. Make sure you save your password safe place because you will not be able to recover the data if you loose the password.

I like the color it moves fast would recommend to others

I'm very happy to finally have a backup for my computer. Yes, it's getting a little outdated, but I just need to save up a little more to get a new one.

Works great with my ps4, It can carry lots of games on it.

Works great. Backed up my old computer and transferred everything to the new one.

The cable doesn't stay plugged into my computer. I can pick up another cable but I'll just look for a different hard drive.

Support for Mac users trying to reconfigure this product to run on iOS is terrible. I ran in to issues very quickly after allowing kernal installation and after trying to reinstall the software and the NTFS it stopped responding completely. DO NOT BUY FOR MAC
