I was easily able to format it for both Mac/iOs and PC use. The staff at Best Buy was wonderful and very helpful in guiding me to the correct device. Thank you!

Annoying to Use w/ Mac

I use FreeFileSync (an excellent, free utility) for the on-demand backups to this drive. The drive was plug-n-play (as most drives are) and its transfer speed is fast enough for the volume of data I'm backing up. There isn't much else to say - it sits on my desk and works as intended.

(although they are included if needed)
