    Great drive! Data transfer speed is great, I use it a backup drive and keep my data safe. I have purchased 2 of these and use both for different systems.

    very hard sturdy case. No float wares on it. But seem slower than other portable WD drive Essential and Pro - don't know why - maybe just me

    Instead of speanding almost twice for 1 extra terabyte of storage, I'd rather just backup every game to a bigger slow drive.

    I got this primarily as a backup drive. I'm impressed with the speed. It's a bit bigger than other portable drives, but not bad.

    It does what it says it does except it failed on me once and I lost all my photography business photos. Geek squad couldn't recover any of it

    Quit drive. Quick. But needs power. If your on a new Mac book pro you will have to buy a separate cable to work with the usb c input on your laptop. If your on a pc you will be fine.
