I decided to purchase this one for my PlayStation five. It works great in synchronize quick I recommend getting your own heat sink if you don’t buy the one that comes with it.

Works just fine. Though I do wish that it came with the riser and screw. If you're installing this into your system, you'll probably have to source them from somewhere else.

I use this to backup the system drive of one of my computers. I do this by cloning the system drive to this disk. It permits a full backup to be done relatively quickly.

I bought this SSD for my new build, I had one already, but it was gen 3 and just 1TB. This one of 2tb Gen 4 is a good hit

Great name brand SSD. Reasonable price compared to the Samsung

Havent used it yet but with over 7k mbps speeds "read/write" it should help my pc 2 run better and DL a lil more proficiently

I unfortunately hit the bad batch lottery and it was defective. I kept getting booted to bios randomly. Best buy was able to accommodate.

I'm sure it works the way it was intended to, but it didn't fix my problem.

The WD BLACK SN7100 is blazing fast. Gen 4 speeds make a huge difference- games and large files load almost instantly. With 2TB of storage, I don't have to worry about space for my library or projects. Installation was simple, and it was recognized right away. Performance is consistent, temps stay under control, and everything feels snappy. If you want speed, reliability, and room to grow, this drive is a perfect upgrade. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent second internal hard drive. I have one already inside my Windows 11 desktop computer. The main hard drive is also a WD SN7100 2TB SSD NVMe. The main hard drive has the OS, MS Office 2021, and Adobe applications. This new one will be for video games and all others. It runs fairly cool and is very fast for my set up. I have a 19 inch LED 1080p monitor. My custom Windows PC is not too much of a Gaming Rig. I don't have a big apartment and my computer desk isn't too cluttered. It works great.

I put this in my very high end MSI laptop which is used exclusively as a DAW to run Cubase and a ton of plugins. Cloning was easy using Macrium Reflect (free version) and now I have twice the storage. It works great. I should note that I am, maybe not a computer expert, but am well versed with doing my own upgrades. That said, a novice might want to have a pro do the installation. All in all, for me, it was a simple process of cloning the original drive to the new one and popping it in. I had zero issues and this drive works just fine.

This is definitively a great quality for cost nvme. You're getting good read speeds. It uses the most current architecture for storage, not to mention its 2 TB. The only issue, and the only reason that its not getting 5 stars is that it doesn't have the drivers or any of tge formatting on it to make it readable right away. Ive been working on trying to get around that for about two months on a friends broken PC. If you've got the ability and are looking to install an OS on this, make sure that you format it ahead of time, and make sure your BIOS is completely updated.

I've always been impressed with SanDisk/Western Digital products over the years, and their M.2 drives don't disappoint. No hassle to install (fits well and nothing out of spec), of course, and always reliable, plus SanDisk has a nice app (called Dashboard) for SSD maintenance and makes it easy to upgrade firmware when it does occur. Ordinarily, I_'d say they were a good value, but with AI data centers creating unusually high demand for volatile and non-volatile memory, it has caused pricing to surge to insane levels (especially when you find out it costs less than 20 bucks to manufacture a stick of RAM or an SSD). All the same, still a good product, and hopefully in a year or two, SSD prices will get back down or as close as they can to when memory was a good buy, and you could kit out a system with 20+ terabytes of storage for what 8 terabytes cost now.

Upgrading my storage to this item was the best decision I have made. For the first time, my install speed functions at a consistent rate since my storage can keep up with my internet download speeds. For the first time, I am the first one in lobbies after the loading screen for my favorite games. Your computer will just feel faster in its day to day use and with 2 TB you won't have to worry about upgrades for a long time

Reliable, stable, and quick! I got this NVMe to replace my partner's failing drive. I was able to recover a (mostly) complete image off of the old drive using ddrescue, and this drive was able to mount the image with no issues and boot! It allowed a nice and sooth recovery of my partner's PC!

Excellent SSD to expand your computer's storage. I bought this to replace my C drive, and it paired perfectly with my PC, giving me 2TB of space instead of 256GB. Reading the installation instructions might be a bit of a pain, but there are plenty of YouTube videos that show you, step by step, how to install. Overall, a pretty easy installation process and a great quality SSD.

Installed this as an upgrade to the drive that came with my ASUS Zenbook S16 and the whole process was painless. The new drive runs cooler and performs great. I purchased this on the basis of reviews and especially its for its compatibility with and suitability for laptops. Especially those with limited cooling capability. Good value for money.

Im currently using this for my rog ally xbox edition not only 4x my storage from 526 to 2tb but also doubling my download speed recommended highly as if i put this in my pc i could only see more positive than currently
