MY LICENSE WAS COPIED

Customer service for Webroot is not available on weekends. I was locked out of my account even though I created a new account with a new password...error message was"Invalid Login Details." Download Webroot Secure Everywhere anyway but was unable to open "My Account" on the actual App. Best Buy is not as good as they used to be and the cash register person didn't even notice anything with the box. Geek Squad chat is terrible as they usually refer to you a phone number, so what's the point of purchasing Geek Squad for software issues? Have to call the corporate office as too many things have happened including issues with my 65" Sony TV-three Geek Squad visits to change the internet board.
