This was good and it protected my computer. I am not familiar with other anti virus softwares but this was simple to use and I would get it again.

We have used this service for yrs for our Apple computers, just bought a new Apple, so bought a new service plan. The turnaround time is quick and they do a great job and are always respectful. I like that they are called Agent, like Agent Jones, sounds like Double 007.

I am happy that I purchased the extra protection. I have had lots of experience with my computers in the past being shut down by virus activity. It is a pain in the neck to have to try to work with Microsoft when I have had a viral computer attack. I appreciate the protection afforded me with the Webroot system. I have had no problems with my Mac, or my Dell both of which have had this protection plan made available for coverage.

For the price and the amount of protection you get it’s amazing does the job and does it well will recommend.

Webroot came on laptop. Suppose it is good for protection. Too bad I can't use it on my old computers.

After having my computer locked up while looking at a website for news, I took my computer into Best Buy to have the unit scanned for viruses and malware. For a very reasonable price, the GEEK SQUAD did that for me. Not only that, they installed WEBROOT onto my computer to defend against further attacks. In the last 2 months, WEBROOT has alerted me to threats and kept me out of the "weeds". I am now convinced of the need to continue to use WEBROOT on my machines that are connected to the internet.
