||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product works fine .My issue to hard to contact if have a issue.N0 1-800 number to call or instant messenger .I had to email and no luck yet. I forgot log-on info so that I can remove device no longer working. Geek Squad could not also help. It will not allow me to create a new profile either. So I am stuck taking a device taking up 1 of the 5 allowed that died on me. I would just let it expire ,but probably setup for auto-renew, so maybe soon I will get a helpful email.

I went to Best Buy for help, but they could not help me. When I load the software it is asking for a credit card number. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND! I paid for the software in the store. Why does it need my credit card number? To date, I still have my receipt. I am out for the cost of the software and I purchase software that does not work, properly. Go figure!

Posted .Webroot SecureAnywhere is compatible with other antivirus products. However, depending on the other products you are using, some extra steps may be necessary.
To run SecureAnywhere and another antivirus (AV) program concurrently, we recommend installing the non-Webroot program first. After doing so, install SecureAnywhere. Due to the differences in the way traditional antivirus products function vs. SecureAnywhere’s approach, installing SecureAnywhere last can ensure that your programs play well together.
