Have been using product for several years never had a problem with it.

I think webroot interferes with opening microsoft excel and word when it is running in the background which causes extensive delays while I am working with these files.

This is my go to antivirus protection when I want to protect my computers. It scans faster than a Norton and easy set up as well. Easy to use and everything is displayed easily when you finished setting up.

Like fast scanning, although I am not sure that something may be missed. Used Webroot for many years and only caught about 6 or 7 viruses - but I had no infections (that I know of) on any of my three PCs. However, I do exercise precautions to lower risk. A deep scan takes forever - e.g., 1TB disk deep scan worked for 14 hours and still did not complete -- had to stop scan. Not certain if it can catch keyboard loggers.

So far, have not seen any real threats. webroot monitors my pc regularly even when browsing on the internet

Great buy to support against viruses. Have used this product in the past and was very pleased. Love that it covers six devices for two years. Couldn't get anything better at the low purchase price or any price.

Have this on several items, has done a very good job of keep the computer clean. It was very easy to install, never have to do anything now.

Pretty good software, it doesn’t ask if you want a threat removed it just does it, I had a program I used before getting it and it removed it because it didn’t like it, I was able to find it in the list and authorize but keeps my computer safe

Total Tech messed up and didn't include a security with my membershsip. This is what I got myself so I am protected.

I would like to have given this product 5 stars. However, I have been using it for only a few months. It covers 6 devices that includes cell phones. In the problem there is section that shows your current devices logged in. Cell phone do no show. This is annoying issue. Experience logging into the cellular sector is very difficult. The coverage is otherwise very high on the computer side. However, not all computers shows covered in the devices section. This is an annoying issue.
