I only gave it a 4 because the installation process was not clear and took a bit of research to figure out why it wouldn't start on its own like it said it would. I finally figured out that if you already have Webroot, you have to uninstall it first before you can install the new subscription. The instructions that came with the purchase didn't tell you that. They are for if you don't already have Webroot. I chose not to renew the one I already had because I got a better deal buying a new subscription.

Couldn't install it myself, kept getting an error code so ended up calling the toll free number and got help from the tech people at Webroot. Since I am technically challenged, they helped me quite a bit.

I tried using another brand because (a non-Best Buy store) was out of stock and was like, well. A virus scanner is a virus scanner, right? No! It was such a disaster. After a week, I made my way over to Best Buy to pick this up and now I don't have a single issue. I'll never stray from you again, Webroot!
