Good deal for the money

I only gave it a 4 because the installation process was not clear and took a bit of research to figure out why it wouldn't start on its own like it said it would. I finally figured out that if you already have Webroot, you have to uninstall it first before you can install the new subscription. The instructions that came with the purchase didn't tell you that. They are for if you don't already have Webroot. I chose not to renew the one I already had because I got a better deal buying a new subscription.

Wonderful scanner that is also user friendly

I tried using another brand because (a non-Best Buy store) was out of stock and was like, well. A virus scanner is a virus scanner, right? No! It was such a disaster. After a week, I made my way over to Best Buy to pick this up and now I don't have a single issue. I'll never stray from you again, Webroot!

Great project, protects my devices

I have had no problems with viruses, malware etc. If I had a problem with installation, there was always somebody there to help. (By the way, I was the problem with the installation - not the program. Works in the background without interrupting your programs or apps. I highly recommend Webroot Secure Anywhere.
