They are so easy to talk to and guide you through the whole process. I have had it for several years and will continue to use it.

Not sure what is standard out there, but just do your research to meet your needs. 3 month subscription should show whether or not you will get any real benefit from it.

I have had not one issue on it's security performance and it's ability on processing speed.

I haven’t had to clean anything yet but it does give you a sense of relief knowing your operating system is being protected .

Didn't find much use for it as a power user. For s regular user with concerns about security it's an option to consider. However I'd look up comparisons against Windows' built in security tool.
