Got this with my laptop purchase. Seems to be doing just fine and haven't had any complaints. I just don't do too much personally on computers, so it does the job for what is needed.

This is not a resource hog, like so many of the existing alternatives. however, if you're just a regular user, windows defender is more than enough; there is no need to buy an antivirus nowadays, let alone subscribe.

this is my first time using webroot internet security it comes with my new computer . well so far so good no problem compare to norton wish i used for years i will DEFINITELY BUY THIS PRODUCT again

Sorry I never installed it, this was a free three month offer, that I never installed on my computer or Ipad. I already use an internet security and did not want a second one on my device.

Webroot has always been a good internet security package that was more designed for professionals. Good to see the current product is easy for anyone to install

Came free with a laptop purchase, and more than likely will buy the subscription once trial runs out. Scans are fast, scheduling is easy, and peace of mind if a secure computer is the best part.

Have not had a single issue occur while using web root. Our exposure to a wide range of risks is not great but would have to assume that web root is doing the job well.

It's your basic average internet security software that comes free with pc purchases. Nice to have in today's time when people are lurking on the internet to steal your information for their selfish reasons and money.

So far so good , this HP computer has beautiful graphics and color. Very fast and Best Buy did a fine job getting it to me in a very short time, This thing is fast too.

Very good protection. Runs in the background every so often, and is there to pull up when I want to see what it did, and if there's malware problems to deal with. Have had this for years.

Let me start by clarifying. Webroot itself is a great product - if you need it - and one I'd highly recommend. I already have an annual subscription of webroot that covers all of my devices. That said... if you return a laptop that has a 3 month trial webroot subscription "included", you will receive $14.99 less than you expect. Why? Because the included, digital webroot trial (which you almost certainly didn't WANT, didn't NEED and didn't INTEND to order) is non-returnable. Even though you paid nothing for it initially, since it cannot be returned, when you return the laptop you will pay the value of it then in the form of a reduced refund. Yeah... not happy. I've purchased a different laptop and you can bet it is the last one that will ever come from BestBuy because of this practice. Being forced to pay for something I didn't want, didn't need and didn't order, at the time of the return feels slimy.

The product had gone missing but the call center representative of Best Buy promptly helped and the monitor was received within 2-3 days. The installation process was flawlessly easy and simple.

Webroot is a very good internet security with Antivirus. It works very well on my laptop. And it was free with my purchase. And it works on three devices. with a three-month subscription.

It comes with the device I purchased. I will not give it a try. If it was a longer period like 1 yr, I would try it but I believe it will not do anything but slow my connection. Since I am not using it I will give 3 stars to all...

I got the few months trial from best buy while purchasing other products . I did used trial but don’t pay too attention to the product . But think product do the job what it’s supposed to

It is great online security platform. I got it free for 3 months with my laptop purchase. it also provides the scanning option for external hardware like USB etc. I loved it

Didn't use this as I have an alternate internet security suite already. Probably a good idea to use this if you don't have anything.

I tried it I don’t like it. I use malware bytes and just windows defender . Uses less system resources and I have a lifetime to malware bytes from years ago.

I haven't downloaded this software yet so it is too soon for me to write a review. I am happy this was included with my purchase and I look forward to seeing how I like it once I download it.
