It kept blocking Chrome from launching on my new laptop which was very frustrating. I went into the Webroot settings and allowed Chrome to launch which worked until the next restart of my laptop. After removing Webroot, Chrome launched like normal and I eneded up going with Bit Defender as my Anti-Virus. No issues with that.
