Three stars because this is absolutely useless for me. Came with a chrome book that I ordered. Not compatible with the chrome book. While I do like Webroot and have used on windows, just can’t use this. I don’t know why Best Buy would pair this with my order.

Awesome antivirus software. Doesn't slow down my computer. I got this as a trial that came with my laptop, and I love how long they give for the trial compared to other antivirus companies.

Free trail is good i dont know if we will keep it going. It has not slowed the computer down or it doesn't seem so at least. We waites to install to see if there was a difference. Doesn't seem to be one.

I'll give it a high score because I got it for free. Unfortunately I had to return the computer it came with. I'm not sure I'd pay for it, but it was decent software. If I get again I'll write a lengthier review.

Great product. The only issue I ran into was the it actively blocked Google Chrome and I was unable to open the app from my desktop. I would have to right click the app and load a previously viewed website in order to open Chrome. I googled this issue and there are forums that provide solutions for this.

I switched to this virus protection from Norton. I have not had any problems with performance like I had with Norton or McAffee. When I did have a virus problem customer service was easy to get and solved it.

Webrobot offers users the peace of mind. It It's easy to install and provide the basic functionality users need. Giving It's free, I would recommend this to users. However, if it cost money, will depend on how much this will cost us.

My subscription came included for three months as part of my recent purchase of the HP 3755 Deskjet printer. I find it to be a competent and relatively fast 24/7 protection against viruses and malware.

This was delivered to my old address that I had moved from over 1 year ago. When I went to retrieve it, the homeowner said it wasn’t there. I called the store but they said that was the address on my account. Turns out I had 2 accounts, one probably created by the woman who stole my identity. Prior to that, I had received something else online and it arrived just fine. BB was not helpful in resolving the issue

was a nice security check add-on. I didn't continue it after the 3 months but it would run daily or weekly checks on your computer to check that everything was running smoothly. Was good but wouldn't continue for the price.

With the world we live in it really pays to have a quality internet security and antivirus suite, find something you like, that works well for you! Safe searching!

Webroot is a average security/antivirus program. The bad thing is it doens't catch as much as some others will like Norton or McAfee. The good news is it isn't as bulky of a program so it doesn't slow your computer down a lot like McAfee.

One of the finest crafted laptops I've encountered. It rivals the Macbook in quality... although a bit heavier. Display is great, crisp and responsive and the 16x9 real estate stands out, especially with the most unobtrusive bezels I've seen on a laptop. Keypad, although not mechanical, has excellent travel and feel. Wasn't sure I'd like the "white" instead of the black carbon-fiber, but now believe it will hold up better, especially against fingerprints and smudges. My only reservation is that for such a pricey and yes, quality, laptop, there is little justification for Dell to toss in the older NVIDIA GPU. I would definitely buy it again, however not sure about the "bang for the buck."

I got this free for 3 months with a monitor that I recently purchased and I haven’t had it installed long enough to see if it actually works. But it’s nice to have the trial for free.

Didn’t even know this product came with my purchase. But the instructions were easy to follow and easy to install. Already had internet antivirus but it was cool that they gave me 3 months free.

Webroot has been my antivirus software of choice for the past 5 years. You can have several devices under the same account, so I use it to protect both my work and home computers and phone.
