I installed it on my parent's HP computer, which was running slow. The instructions are simple and easy to follow: go to the website, click on download, enter key, and automatically runs a diagnostic. I can honestly say after installing Webroot, the computer now runs smoothly and up to speed. It's no longer running slow, stalling, or freezing. I will be purchasing a subscription after this.

And the same applies to my kids' computers as well; as they use the same Program.
