Antivirus Subscription for 3-months

I have an Apple Macbook that I recently purchased. The last one I had died on my after many years of use and I didn't want to take the risk of downloading this software onto my laptop and did not want to pay for the membership after the 3-month subscription ended. It's good that Best Buy offers this, but it just wasn't for me.
