But I had serious conflicts with Webroot and Google Chrome. For a large time, I couldn't pinpoint the error, until one day, Webroot was installed on my work PC by our IT dept. and I immediately saw the same problem. I contacted my IT dept. and told them of problem, they uninstalled webroot, and I was able to use Chrome again. I'm not sure what exactly the conflict was, but if protection is not seemless, and requires hours of technical support AND still does not resolve the issue, and their recommendation is to "use another browser" ... then it's not the product for me. I promptly uninstalled Webroot from my PC before the end of the subscription, and went with another antivirus/web-security app.
