    Felt good making the purchase while on store with sales associate. Not so happy when I got home and realized conflicts withMode S and Webroot that was ‘Sold’ to us. Feel mislead.

    I’ve Ben trying to get my key code for virus protection since July. I’ve called Best Buy they say I have to call the company. I call the company they say I have to call best buy.

    It would have been 5 Stars if it wasn't for the BestBuy Download Email. They sent an email that it was Ready to Download and that it would appear in my Digital Library. I waited for over a week and not only did it not appear in my Digital Library, there was nowhere to click to download to the Digital Library. Turns out that this email is useless and Webroot actually sent an email with different instructions on how to access their Security, which has nothing to do with BestBuy or their Digital Library. It was an unnecessary waste of time dealing with the BestBuy email and Digital Library.
