Ok, so let me start by saying how Very Pleased I am with Sam and all the other members of the Geek Squad on Jonestown Road PA. Sam Associate # 1062477 - advised me to try Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security (3-Device) (1-Year Subscription) - Mac/Windows. So Far I LOVE Webroot Internet Security . I've had no problems with Virus, Trojans or any of the other problems so common with todays computing ! Best of all - is the (SMALL) Foot print the program uses ! Webroot uses 143x less disk space than the next closest competitor. Webroot uses 11x less computer memory than the closest competitor during system idle. It shows in the way my computer boots and Runs. GREAT PRODUCT !!! The Identity Protection and Password Manager are EXTREMELY Useful and Helpful as well !!! Sam also Installed a Solid State Main Hard Drive for my Operating System, a Seagate 3 TB storage Drive, Microsoft Windows 8.1 Operating system, a new Power Supply and transferred the data from my old Hard Drives. My Computer Now Runs like a BEAST ! and with Webroot SecureAnywhere it will STAY that WAY !!! Hey Listen up !!! I know you may hear a lot and perhaps see a lot of Bull out there concerning Customer Service, but please let me assure you that The Geek Squad at Best Buy is the REAL DEAL !!! I have purchased Webroot anti-virus products in the past and decided to go down that same path again after purchasing few new computers for my teenagers. One can suspect that kids of a certain age tend to hit websites which may be an open invitation for computer virus attacks. The latest Webroot offering is very easy to install and a single purchase can be used for multiple machines. The automatic scans are very transparent and do not interfere with ongoing applications and functions. A great value!

I would encourage everyone who wants an anti virus that will give exceptional protecting while online . it's great for workers who has client personal information to protect, you don't have to worry when online. Ialso like the fact that it doesn't bother you too much or take from the time you work on computer. it updates in a discreet way which is great.

I bought a chromebook and was told this can be used on it. After I took my computer home and tried to figure it out and talking to geeksquad this is not compatible with my chromebook. It was included in the warranty when I bought it but I was able to hook 2 other devices to the webroot which is great. Just do some checking to see if it is compatible

I like that it seems easy to use and it does catch threats I do wonder if it slows up my computer though. I have days where the computer just freezes up a bunch and I wonder if it is because it is scanning or something. Norton did that and I was told this was better than Norton because it would not slow down the computer as much. LOL go figure.

In this day and age of bugs and viruses and other annoying things that can disturb the computer experience for work and leisure. WEBROOT has come up with the perfect solution to stop these annoyances from making your computer miserable . I have not had any issues since i installed it on my computer , it does not slow my computer down. It does not load up my computer with excess baggage and files to get the job done. It catches the problem before it creates a problem for you and your computer.

This was easy to install on my computer. I feel safe having this protect my computer and I have not had any issues with it!

I easily installed Webroot on 3 devices and I haven't experienced any problems. This is my second year using this software.

Geek Squad recommendation to replace McAfee. We had a HUGE virus problem recently and needed to get the Geek Squad coverage to clean up the computer. This product was included as part of the service contract. It runs continually to protect your computer and I haven't noticed any slow downs or interference due to it scanning or running.

First of all there were a lot of Win 8 teething pains: WiDi boxes that no longer work, drivers that are not win 8 compatible, etc. but most of those things have finally been solved. The major problem is the Intel 7260 wireless card. It has major throughput problems even though my work space is only 20' away from my router. My 5 year old Toshiba gets 5-20x throughput in exactly the same place. I have an appointment to check into the possibility of changing the wireless card but it should not be necessary. I just urge anyone thinking about this computer carefully to assess its wireless performance before the 15 day return limit is reached. Given the amount of discussion about this card on the internet I am surprised that Intel has not found some way to make it work. But other than the Win 8 teething problems (which are not really the machine's fault) and the wireless problems (which definitely are the machine), the computer works well.
