I have been using this software for a couple of months now with no issues at all so far. Seems to be working as advertised. Does not try to take over your computer like some other brands.

My computer recently had a virus that snuck around another anti-virus program. I took my PC to the local Geek Squad agent who recommended and installed it. I haven't had any issues since.

This was free with my new computer. However, I really like how I don't feel it slow down my system when it is scanning. It is so easy to use. I might buy it when my free trial is over.

The geek squad recommended that I get this internet security software and it has already paid off by stopping some viruses that my daughter tried to download without knowing it was bad.

Good so far...if you dont have a cd rom drive, best buy will send you a link or you can find it online...then type in your access code.

Works like a charm. Not hard to use. loved that the price wasn't crazy out there and works better than Norton.

It came with my Toshiba laptop purchase. I was only able to use the software for two weeks due to having issues with the laptop. However, I did not have the any issues with the software.

I like Web Root's ease of use, in the backround for sure. Doesn't hinder anything when its running and I continue to surf the net. Easy lay out even on windows 10. Just easy to use.

There was a point where I questioned how good this product was. Then I saw that it was taking out all the viruses and was alerting me to everything that was going on. Worth what I spent.

It's very useful, helpful, and easy to use, great Antivirus protection for any laptop, computer, tablet, etc.

Have had it for a few weeks now & have been denied access to sites promoting news stories or ads. Could override if I wanted but don't take the chance. Very pleased with its performance.

My PC acts screwy. Go to delete with arrow and a 4 arrow symbol comes up. Screen goes u[p and down without my doing anything. Size of font changes without my touching PC. Very unhappy. I've had the PC less than a month so can't tell if virus protector is working. Don't think I shouod have been charged so much for downloading word perfect or transfering items from my old PV.

I am presently running Web root on another computer and I am running Norton 360 on this computer. I definitely prefer Norton 360 because it performs more aggressive protections functions. This being closely part interest in Best Buy they of course recommend it. Many of my friends use other great antiviruses and they all have had malware, virus and other malicious files, hamper or destroy their PC. After 22 years of Norton no problems that shut me down.

Got this for free when I purchased a laptop. Seems to be working just fine. Easy to set up and user friendly.

The fact that this is included with purchase and is for protection is why I rated it high. However, my child chooses not to install it but that should not be a reason to rate it low.

No more worries about my son being hacked when he goes on insecure sites on the family computer. Great Product.

I got it free with my purchase so I use. Have not had much experience in the past with other security systems.

Got this anti virus software along with my geek squad tech support. So far, it runs efficiently on my ancient computer. I had Norton before and how horrible was it? Let's just say Im no longer a fan or user... Their tech support ppl are extremely rude too and this is not just one occurrence. This webroot is smart unlike Norton who alerts every freaking time. I've got a yr subscription but so far so good and if all goes well, this will be my go to for my pC's

This is good security while using internet and browsing stuff. I hope this will help me keep protected..

I love it and think they are the best so far. So easy. Just put the disc in and it downloads. Updates your computer and scans in a short time. Love it and will renew when it comes up .
