I was Unaware, subscriptions start at the register

What I didn't know, and bestbuy should SERIOUSLY create 'Big In Your Face' signage stating that, 'subscriptions begin at time of purchase' About 10 months later I remembered that I bought a year of protection for my nephew, for when he would go off to college, but his mother had already bought him a virus package and he didn't need it. I didn't know it, but the clock was running out... About 2-4 months left on my subscription on the first of 2 - 6 month subscriptions had expired. Which shocked me since I finally installed it on my machine only 2 months ago. Than I tried to activate my subscription on my 2 of 2 - 6 month subscriptions, but found out that, the 2nd 6 month protection subscription was already expired as well.. Either ready I should of had another 2 months approx if coverage. I emailed best buy but never heard any thing back from best buy. .. I wish i had been AWARE of the fact that subscription had started at time of purchase. A complete waste of my money And now I have a 3 month subscription. And 1 month into it, I remembered that i need to install the software. But unfortunately to my disadvantage, my computer is currently not working, due to a. Microsoft auto updates, I got a [Blue screen of death] I don't know what is exactly covered by the 1 year geek squad accident protection plan,but haven't been able to find what nyh protection plan actually covers on regards to repair. My Visit to the mission valley location last week, i was told contradicting information..?.
