I installed two Wemo dimmers and two Wemo three-way switches without issue on the same network. Don’t know if it is a problem with the device or with 2.4 GHz to its garage location Did not have time to complete installation or return within window. Keep your receipt and packing handy, sometimes it is the device.

We may need to also consider the location of the device from your router. It could be too far from the router which makes it difficult for the device to grasp the signal from the network.
