This is not the first Wemo product I've disliked (shame on me). The iOS app is so sad, and the responsiveness is not always there, even with WiFi and HomeKit. If you need to reset and re-initialize it, good luck, the switch doesn't even show up sometimes. This one's more of a personal preference, but the power light is way too bright. I used this in a bedroom and I like it dark but I felt like the entire room was illuminated even when the light was dimmed for the "off" status; plus, there's no way to completely disable the light.

When I opened up my wall plate, I was surprised to find out I do not. I have not return this product as it is past the return date. Make sure you know before you purchase what you will need.

Wemo at one time was a good product, but Belkin totally dropped the ball. Do your research before you DON’T buy this. Wemo totally sucks. It is unreliable, unpredictable, and antiquated physically in the size of its devices and installation requirements. Browse over to Lutron Caseta which is light years ahead of antiquated Wemo. I have also read good things about Eve, but have no experience with it. You won’t be sorry. At one time I had 11 Wemos. Now I have none. Simply do not buy this or you will eventually regret it.
