Setting them up can be a challenge, especially with an iPhone. But after the initial ‘pain’, they are awesome! HomeKit integration is a big plus for me because I can use Siri to control my lights.

I used the free app and it worked great. I set the Wemo to turn on and off at a set time, and it worked every time. My neighbor verified this for me.

I am able to control multiple outlets on my phone with the touch of a virtual button. Very nice.

Updating the Wemo app version could help in using the Wemo app. You can also try to use the Wemo app on a different mobile device and see if there's any difference. Reliable smart plug

Used for Christmas tree and now a lamp. Connection is good most of the times. Firmware is updated from time to time and I guess that's making connection improvements.

I already have several Wemo plugs; these are my first mini ones. When trying to link them I keep getting the message "Error. Cloud sync in process."" I have done all the recommended fixes, but I still haven't been able to link them to my wifi. Next step is to call for assistance...

When the internet connection recovers from an outage, these smart plugs reconnect to our home network automatically.

Had to reconnect a few times but I haven’t really had any other issues. They respond fast and their app is good but obviously I like it much better with HomeKit

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It doesn’t turn on that many things like the Amazon fire cube which can turn TVs on and off and sound bars it’s for an item that only would have one switch for example my coffee maker has an on off button but you still have to push another button to brew the coffee so it doesn’t do the job for some household items but a decent product overall

I just keep the lamp's switch turned on and connect one of these to its outlet end and voila - now my lamp is a smart lamp!

I went out and bought another one. Love this technology!
