The pairing process is way more easier than other brands because it provides a separate qr code to scan. And the connection is stabler than other brands.

Can't get Smarttings to recognize these new plugs like it does with the older ones.

This is a new version of the wemo plugs that i have. Seems it took less time to connect to the wemo app. Did not have any trouble to set up. Will probably get a few more.

I've ordered one other smart plug and have really enjoyed it. I'm not quite sure where this 3 pack will end up, but may be able to simplify my Christmas trees when it's time!

This is the 7th Wemo device I have purchased and I am not happy. It is the only one that does not work with Alexa. It works with the Wemo app and Google Nest, but none of my Amazone Echo devices can find it. All my older Wemo devices work fine. I bought this one because it was smaller and newer.

I used these for homekit. They work great. The firmware is good and stable, so I haven’t “unresponsive” messages so far. Its own app is not so great. It’s a bit lack of functionality.

These work great to remotely control lamps or any other device you want to be able to control with your voice or the Wemo app. Highly recommended

I have two of the older model of this plug and am still happy with them. I purchased three of these new plugs in one order. Setup was quick and smooth and all plugs are working fine.

When it works, this is great. Unfortunately, this is quite finicky. I can't set it up at all with my pixel phone. I had to use a Samsung tablet. I bought four for holiday lights. Once set up, two would forget all my settings every couple days. I had two that worked great and two that were terrible.

These work sometimes. I often have to unplug the plug from the wall and plug it back in because it doesn’t connect well with Apple HomeKit. It gives me an error. The button on the plug is nice for turning it on and off when you don’t want to pull your phone out or ask Siri.

I bought this to try out since I have the old ones. It works great and I like that it's smaller and the button is on the side instead of the front.

Quick and simple setup. They’ve really made this easy to expand on my smart outlets and switches. The app also walks you through the set up making this quick and easy

These little guys are great.. until they stop working after a week. After contacting support via website chat and calling multiple times and being hung up on and put on hold and then hung up on, I finally got through to to someone on facebook chat who had me send a picture in. I was then referred to a different department who asked for the picture again. I finally got an email that sent me a website to complete an RMA. . . but the website is broken. (I'm a web developer and tested the website in three browsers.) I finally got someone on the phone in tech support, and they don't have access to the pictures I sent and have put me on hold twice now. They are transferring me AGAIN, so I took the opportunity to point out that while all my other wemo devices have worked as-intended. I have a dud one that came in this three pack and support is.. well, it's worse than Sprint haha. I'm not sure if I should chuck the bad one and buy more and cross my fingers, or if I should actually return and buy a different brand. (Comparatively, Lutron support is the very best - I wish they would make a smart plug.)

This is a great product. These plugs have allowed me to make any outlet a smart outlet. Extremely beneficial to be able to control lighting through the phone application.

A little trouble setting up with old software but 24/7 tech support walked me though. So nice to automate all household lamps and Christmas lights!

Love the Wemo product although these plugs are a little pricey.

Setup is a little Tough with the wemo app but once your get it done its a breeze. We use these all over the house and the best part is that it doesnt block the other outlet

Frequent drops each week, some in places that are not so easy to reach for power cycling to get them back online. Now have one will not rejoin the network. Using these with Homekit on an Eeros home network. Dozens and dozens of forums over drops and inability to reconnect WeMo to Homekit. No resolutions, just Eeros taking the discussions offline and never posting back fixes. Spent many hours, tried everything listed online short of completely wiping my network. Doubtful that will work and not going to spend more time on these. Buying a different brand.
