I should have returned them, but not worth the hassle. I found setup really awkward and overly complicated (you have to scan a QR code). One of the units simply refused to pair, even after being factory reset numerous times (major time suck, that). They other failed after a day or two. Never buying the brand again

Does not work as advertised

Tried the manufacturer-recommended troubleshooting steps several times for two days to set it up in Wemo app and HomeKit. It did not work. It’s just not worth the time and hassle. I have an older Wemo mini plug which does not have the same issues. I do not recommend this product.

Great prod but Wemo cloud functionality is spotty

Everything seems ok for now, but I don't have as much trust in Wemo/Belkin as I used to. Older models did not depend on cloud infrastructure and Wemo account to work properly. Basically, Wemo customers are at Belkin's whim when it comes to them bricking this device when they decide it does not make financial sense to keep cloud servers running.

When you open the app, it tells you that the plugs are "not detectable" or "no response" and will not work at times with alexa or homepod. Worst purchase decision I have made. I would not recommend this product.
