Tried everything listed on the instructions, website, YouTube videos, even Wemo technical support couldn’t help with the connectivity issue. This was my 2nd WiFi smart plug as I had to return the 1st one for the same issue. I do have 2 wemo minis and they work great but don’t waste your time with this plug.

The Wemo WiFi Smart Plug should work properly out of the box and have a stable connection after the setup. We could have tried to update the Wemo app or use a different mobile device for isolation.
