    Continues to drop connection to wifi and unable to access. I have tried the same outlet with a different brand device and did not have this issue. I have reset router and plug multiple times until I had to replace with new brand.

      The Wemo WiFi Smart Plug should have a stable connection after the setup. We could have tried to control the Wemo plug with a different Wemo app or update the Wemo app version for isolation.

    Interphase is difficult. I still can’t get it to sync with the smart things app

    Quite a pain to set up with Google Home. I’m still working on getting them to talk with Google.

    Bought one at a cheaper price several months ago & was satisfied, particularly as it works w Apple HomeKit. I figured another made sense despite the higher price. Instead of an addition, it became a replacement, as the first one stopped working. Have tried every kind of reset - no luck. So I now have one “smart” plug for the price of two.

    Great product AFTER setup but setup takes FOREVER. It really shouldn't be this hard to setup this thing, it should be plug and play. This is the second time I had this issues with these WeMO. I'm not sure if this is the product or an Apple Homekit issue, but seriously not buying this again.

    I am not a fan of this brand. These these constantly fall off the network and you have to reset them. I returned them and opted instead for the iHome Smart plugs which are FANTASTIC!!!

    Not the best. It is such a challenge to get it connected to Wi-Fi. I have in fact quite a few purchased and just installed it. It works if it wants to work, very frustrating and eventually you go down to manually turn off or on switch. Not a smart thing. Not worth the money.

    This product was the worst product I have ever purchased! I spent HOURS trying to get it to work before I gave up and called the support staff at WeMo. I then spent more hours with them on the phone, doing undocumented procedures which finally got one to work, including a firmware upgrade. And that was for ONE plug. I had to then do the same thing to the other 2 ( 3 pack). After ALL that, I had to link them to Alexa, no easy task either. It was bad! I had read the reviews and comments before purchasing. No one mentioned what I went through.

    It's alright for Homekit, it shows "Not Reachable" half of the time.

      If the Wemo WSP080 shows as not reachable on the Apple Home App, then please make sure that it is detected on the Wemo App and both Wemo and handheld device connected to the same wireless network to see if the same issue appears.     Had issues keeping them all connected. App would update on phone but they weren’t responsive. Now sitting in a drawer. Pretty disappointed

      The Wemo WiFi Smart Plug should still work after updating the Wemo app. You can try to relocate the device for isolation and force close the Wemo app to see if that will make any difference.     Absolute garbage product. Would give it zero stars if that was a choice. I have had nothing but problems from the moment I plugged it in. As an owner of numerous smart plugs and devices I figured this would be a simple setup like the others, but wow was I wrong. The app is terrible. The plug never connected with Google smart devices and only worked with Amazon smart devices for about a week, despite Alexa telling me it was not available every time. Now after multiple resets, uninstalls and vertitually everything I can think of, it cannot even find the plug to try and reinstall it. I will never buy another Wemo product again. Buy from a reputable company that products quality products.

    they did not work i have to call the 1800 number for any add on its kind of anoying because i just had bot a router so that i woul't ru into a situation like this, moral of the story they are still in the box unused

    I had high hopes for this product and was willing to pay more because of its ability to automatically adjust according to the amount of daylight. 4 calls to Belkin, including level 2 tech support, and they finally admitted that the feature to "turn on" at Sunset, does not work. Belkin's suggestion was to set a specific time to turn it on. If that is the solution, there are much cheaper timers on the market that can be set manually. I spent many hours with Belkin tech support, doing factory resets, reinstalling the software, wiping out and then re-creating rules, before they admitted there is a known issue. Would have been far better to admit it up front.
