    WASTE OF MONEY AND I THREW THEM OUT IN THE TRASH. DOES NOT SYNC WITH APP NOR ARE THESE PLUGS ABLE TO BE USED IN APPLE HOME. 90% OF THE TIME THEY DIDNT WORK RIGHT. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND SHOULD BE DISCONTINUED!

    Worst thing I ever invested my time in. It does not pair with Apple home even though it says it does. It is useless. Do not buy this. There are several other good brands to buy from

    I own so many different types of Wemo switches. Bought 4 of the WSP080 mini model lately on Black Friday. None of them works. They appeared on the Wemo app, but that's about it. Couldn't turn the switch on or off from the app: Returned.

    It constantly needs to reconnect, takes forever. It is in the garbage now because it is no longer returnable. Less than 30 days old. I have smart plugs that never have a problem

    Failure to communicate

    Disappointed that this product didn’t integrate well within my home network. When I tried to setup, it would allow to scan the device, then it would not finish configuring.

    Don't buy these new smaller units

    These new smaller minis are absolutely trash. They constantly disconnect and don't function. We have been using wemos for a long time but these are just constantly unreliable

    These are terrible. At least once a week I have to reset and re-load each plug in order for them to work. It’s a frustrating process that takes about ten minutes per plug.

    Horrible. Stopped working after the first day I got it. Never worked on the schedule I set for it too. It’s supposed to be a smart plug but it’s really a dumb plug.

    It took hours and tons of troubleshooting to get these to work. I continue to have intermittent issues with them randomly disconnecting from my router. Not worth the time or money.

    They are horrible They don’t pair Have to use a 2.4 channel in the router to pair them. Only was able to get one to function. Take them back quickly

    Did not keep a signal in wifi network, returned for lutron castea that costs more but works flawlessly. These simply wasted about a week of my time.

    Couldn’t get it to work and had to return it. Was hoping to have Siri enabled plugs all through my house. Will keep my Amazon Alexa plugs. They are so easy to set up.

    Zero stars should be an option, by far the worst product I have ever bought. Do not buy Wemo. Absolute junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk, did I say this is junk. Horrible junk.

    I bought it for my use..but it couldn't connect to my samsung phone...!! I called to customer support.they even try but couldn't solve out the problem. Gave it back..!!!

    Two of three failed, there is no on line support. Calling support, I usually give up after two hour holds. Don't buy, there are better alternatives
