It could be that the plugs don’t get an optimum connection from the router. Have you tried moving it closer? Make sure too that you’re utilizing the latest Wemo App version. Stopped working after two weeks

They have already had multiple issues where I've had to factory reset them. Now, one of them just won't factory reset no matter how many times I've tried. Very poor build quality!

The Wemo WiFi Smart Plug (WSP080) has been rigorously tested to work longer. You can try to plug the Smart Plug into a different power outlet to see if that will work.
