After a couple of service calls, and supply chain issues on parts, we were able to get a replacement free of charge. The first one was definitely a lemon; the new one has been perfect for over 2 months! More roomy than outer size looks.

It is a perfect fit over my range. The original space was for a hood, I had previously used another microwave that was larger which meant the space above my stove top and microwave was insufficient. I love this slim microwave

Love the low profile microwave, looks sleek and stylish and perfect for our kitchen. Since it is low profile, there are few things that will not fit obviously. So watch out for the height of the microwave. Will definitely recommend.

I like this microwave a lot. Looks very nice. Works great too. Any estimated time given is correct. No guessing around with times. Pricey but worth it if need something specific to fit your high cabinets.

Low profile design is a life saver for our kitchen. Our old cabinets are too low for an OTR but I don’t want to lose counter space. This is the perfect solution

I like the slim look. Works well. I will say the alam is not that loud... maybe there is an option to make it more loud. Other than thst its great

I thought this was going to be too small for what I needed but WOW! I was pleasantly surprised!! It is a great microwave. I looks great and has handled anything and everything I needed it to.

I purchased this about a year ago and just got around to installing it now in our new kitchen and I wish I could have been using it sooner! Great piece of equipment

Microwave looks amazing in my kitchen. It was fairly easy for me to install, but the instruction were a nightmare. Also you must install if you do not already have one, an outlet in the cabinet above the location of the install.

We needed a microwave that was low profile for our space and this worked perfectly! Although smaller we do not feel that it limits its usefulness! We can still heat everything we need to.

Excellent low profile microwave. We didn’t have enough height between the bottom of the cabinet and the top of the stove top. This solved the problem. Great appliance!

I do love the fact it is over my stove and I don’t have to losecabinrt space. I have a small kitchen. The only thing I didn’t like was the price.

Beautiful. A lot easier to install than we thought, my husband and I were able to install it together. You defy need two people. Good price, very functional , clean and sleeker

I like the microwave itself, it works well at heating up my stuff. The only issue I had with it was installation. The size of it was a little bigger than my hood range, things did not align up with my cabinet that I was hanging on. This made me have to add an new outlet, cut extra holes, add shims to get it to fit and it also hangs a little further out. If you don't know what you are doing, this might not be the microwave for you, but I am happy with it after the hard work my family and I did to get it to fit. It looks great and matches my kitchen.

Hard to find appliance. Needed a low profile style. Had white appliances and only stainless steel was available. But it looks great! Jumped on it Bc of the the deal.

This is a sexy microwave. It makes my kitchen look so modern. Everyone who come in sees the microwave first and they always compliments me on it. I love it.

Strongly recommend this microwave. Didnt have much room above my stove top. This microwave made it possible to install above the gas range and save space elsewhere.
