This microwave was the exact model that we were seeking. A competitive price and super-prompt delivery made it a no-brainer to purchase. Easy to install in our existing built-in cabinet in less than 20 minutes.

Great microwave. It could use a stronger fan and a brighter light though. Other wise it is one of the best we have had.

It's a microwave. What else can I say. We actually have a very small space for a built in so we were severely limited in choices. We wanted one that just fit in. The microwave heats food just as expected. Nothing more to say.

I’ll go with Whirlpool appliances whenever I can. I had an older model of this microwave for 13 years with no repairs, so I knew I’d try to find a newer similar model when it came time to replace the original. I’m happy I did.

I purchased this microwave to replace the same model that had quit operating after 3 years of daily use. You get what you pay for, and I wasn't expecting this microwave to last 20 years.

very powerful microwave...a bit on the loud side but does a great job

Hope this one last longer than the one it is replacing. Same make and model. The last one did not last two years. Replaced it with the same model to keep from having to purchase the in the counter mounting frame.

I like the size and the fact that it can be installed inside a cabinet. The display and microwave buttons are very functional.

Product replaced current. We were very satisfied with the purchase of the Whirlpool microwave. We hopefully will not have any issues as this replacement is the same model as the one we replaced.

I purchased this microwave to replace one I had. The other one worked fine until someone left it on for too long and there was a fire inside. It had worked fine for a number of years up until then.

ok so we just remolded our whole kitchen and we getting all new appliances and it said stainless steel and when we get it just the front is stainless stell so was disappointed at that wanted to take it back but wife said its ok

Unit works. Arrived damaged. The packaging was tore up and the case was bent on the corner and the base was bent in the same area.

Very good microwave with lots of features!! This replaced the original built in whirlpool and I warble to reuse the old trim and it fit perfect!! Hopefully this will last a long time.

This stainless steel microwave only has stainless in the front, so, unless it is in a recessed area, the black sides will show. Also, it seems a little flimsy, but perhaps all microwaves are this way now. We have had no problems with reliability or utility.
