    Purchased a brand new one, took out of box plugged into a working outlet nothing one come on. Box back up, carry back to store and ordered a new one just like the one before. This one seems to work fine so far.

    Microwave was fine while it lasted. I used it about 2 times a week. Buttons stopped working in 2.5 years. For as expensive as this microwave was and how infrequently I used it, I am incredibly disappointed.
