after we purchased this microwave we saw lots of bad reveiws and were thinking of exchanging it but its been fine. pretty easy to put in and works great!

My wife and I love this microwave. We purchased it to replace our old counter top microwave. We love the features and the size. The look is also fantastic.

I've chosen this microwave for design and price. I had a Samsung before, and it didn't last long (the setting buttons stopped working pretty soon). I am cautiously optimistic. It is easy to use and clean, the vent is efficient.

I was easy to install with the supplied instructions and template. We have not had any problems so far. It works a little different from my last model, but my family has adjusted. I would recommend it to anyone.

This item is excellent for the money. It looks fantastic and works perfectly. It runs very quiet and doesn't have the unsightly "grille" above it that gets all sticky and dusty. It is lovely.

I love my Whirlpool Microwave, I was fortunate to purchase it during Presidents Day weekend and I got a great price at $192.00 This microwave looks great ( I really like the vents on top and out of sight) it allows for a cleaner look. It performs beyound my expectations. Great Microwave.

We bought this microwave and installed it in late November, 2011. Our prior two microwaves at our condo were G.E. brand and didn't last for even two years, so we changed to Whirlpool. Everything works fine on the new microwave, and we are keeping our fingers crossed that Whirlpool will be a reliable brand. We have had good results with a past Whirlpool refrigerator and microwave, and we have now purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator (built by the same company as Whirlpool) for our present home to replace (again) a G.E. product that wasn't working properly. We don't have much faith in G.E. any more.

I own the white version of this microwave and posted my review there. I want to correct what one reviewer stated about venting however. This microwave has MULTIPLE venting options, depending on how you choose to install it. You can install it to vent outside either back through a wall or up through cabinets/ceiling or you can simply install it to vent up and out the front into your kitchen. YOUR CHOICE. The installation instructions are clear on this.

Unit had factory cosmetic damage to the front panel, Whirlpool wanted to send a technician, then take it back to Best Buy and finally after two weeks, and three Customer Service folks, they sent me a replacement part that took three minutes to replace. Unit is much quieter than the GE it replaces. Auto fan is a little startling the first time. Unit blows straight up from the door so if you have anything hanging from your cabinets it may move with the airflow. Good unit for the price

Not as much heat output as the unit we replaced, but seems to be a good value for the price paid. User's manual was pretty short, lot's of functions I may yet to discover according to the keypad. Would like to see as detailed of a user's manual as ther was installation info. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

It is a very spacious microwave that looks and works great. We are very happy with our purchase! We enjoy the ability to run the timer for items on the stove, but are able to cook something in the microwave at the same... One of my biggest pet peeves is when you open a microwave and they contine to beep 3 and 4 more times... This does not do that!! lol

I looked at the reviews before I purchased this Whirlpool last month. My previous above-range microwave was a GE Spacemaker. If you look at those reviews, you'll see they're mediocre. I am so glad I bought a Whirlpool this time. It looks great, it's large inside, and it cooks well. It's also very easy to use! I was worried about the venting system, but it works very well on top of the unit.

I love this microwave. The features work well and are easy to use. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

This is my first over-the-range microwave. I should have done it before. This microwave has a feature to set the time for frequently microwaved items -- I really like that. While I don't cook with a microwave, I use it daily to heat things up. It works very well. Mostly I love it's appearance...very attractive.

This microwave is great. It's very basic, which is what we were looking for. Easy to use and heats well. Best Buy's installation was great!

Directions were easy enough for one person to understand/install and for someone who had never installed one before. I just had to make a decision about venting where no recommendation was made. And, a little awkward trying to measure where the bolt holes should go. It was sturdier than a like GE product and doesn't sound as "tinny" when opening/shutting the door as others. Solid. I'd buy it again.

Very satisfied with the microwave. However the Best Buy Specs indicates that the turn table can be turned off. Talked to Whirlpool and they told me that this model does not have that feature.

The touch of the "add 30 sec" button is getting alot of use and how convienant. Oh the only thing Ive come across once so far is that when I was boiling water in a big pan it was throwing off alot of hot steam and the microwave fan automaticaly came on and was loud and wouldnt shut off untill it cooled down.
