I love my new microwave. Looks good, was easy to install & very easy to operate. I love the turntable disable button, the 30 seconds more shortcut & the notification chime. It's not too noisey & the food heats quickly & thoroughly. No complaints so far. Would definitely recommend this product.

Nothing bad to say about it! Love the chime that goes off when the timer is done, love the lighting on the panel, can't complain about it at all! :)

I love the stylish look about the microwave. It has all the important features of any microwave. You cannot go wrong with Whirlpool. My favorite and probably the most childish part is the alarm indicating the entrée is ready. It is not your typical ding, but a cute series a small bells. It really sets it apart from other appliances.

The service representative was very helpful to me in selecting this appliance; however a mounting kit was not provided and it was difficult to find one that fit correctly.

This microwave is great for the price. It looks very modern, works quietly and quickly. There is nothing that I can think of at this time that is not great.

love the ease of using. press a button and it gives u the instructions right there. no looking it up or guessing. The price was the greatest. Even if it was full price I would have bought it.

Great over the stove microwave. Sleek and stylist. easy to use. Plenty of room inside to warm a whole family dinner.

Since Best Buy did not have the microwave we wanted in black in stock, we opted for a more expensive model. It works and looks great. We installed it ourselves but I wouldn't recommend that everyone do that.

New microwave has been great. It was easy to install and is very easy to use. overall a great purchase.

Got this one to replace a previous Whirlpool that worked just as good.

I purchased an extended warranty and I have had a repairman out. He told me that he was going to tell Best Buy to replace it. It has been another 2 weeks with no word back from Best Buy. Poor service and product. I am still wondering when I will hear from Best Buy.

Nice unit, except for the large Whirlpool logo at the top center of the unit. Otherwise unit works good, fan and light work good too. My mother loves the installation of the over the range microwave, which I did. On another note the unit had some cosmetic damage as two of the sides were bent. Best Buy handled this situation very fairly and quickly as I did not want the hassle of exchanging the unit since it did work ok.

Love my new microwave. Very easy to clean, nice in appearance, love the rurntable that can be disabled for large items.

I stalled this unit and it was pretty easy. I wish it had a few more auto cook features but it had a popcorn button and that is what I use the most.
