Had an older model Whirlpool I purchased when I built my house 10 years ago. Suddenly stopped heating. Purchased another Whirlpool hoping the swap would be easy. It was indeed, didn't have to drill any new holes in my cabinet or switch the backing plate. Was able to remove the two mounting screws, unplug, and reinstall the new one. Turned out to be a 15 minute job.

It's a lot cheaper than Home Depot. Good buy. Shipping a bit slow due to holiday rush, but overall very satisfied.

Nice fit and finish. Large enough for most items. Maybe acts a few amenities but it’s a microwave.

Looks great. Runs quiet. Heats fast everything from leftovers to cup of water. Even heating too.

So far so good, this microwave looks great and functions well. The controls are basic and simple to use. My only complaint is it doesn't offer quick cook like my old microwave but it does have several other options so not a big deal. The fan is a little on the loud side but not a huge problem for the times its needed. The light could be brighter but about what's expected from a over the range unit. Installed myself but not a project for those inexperienced, great instructions included. Filler panels for the sides are way pricy so I've done without for the time being. All in all pretty pleased.

Just what we were looking for. Not too fancy with too many options. Easy to use.

One of the painful things about replacing an over the range microwave is having to measure and cut into cabinet above and bracket to the way. This microwave was an exact fit to a 10 year old whirlpool that I was replacing. Saved me all the difficulty of a normal install. Very pleased! My only complaint is whirlpool changed their front panel Led color from green to blue so doesn't match my oven any longer.

I bought this and had it installed in my kitchen where the hood/fan used to be. This is a perfect size to fit that space, it is large and very easy to clean up. I am very impressed with it and am happy that I purchased it.

I researched this microwave and compared it to the slightly larger one (1.9 Cu. Ft.) that has a few more fancy features. Even though this one was the same price as the larger/fancier one at the time of purchase (with price-matching), I chose this one solely because the control panel's coloring (gray) matched my oven. When turned on, I notice the sound a little more than I did with my old GE microwave (maybe little louder and/or a different pitch), but it's nothing to complain about. It does its job and I haven't had any problems (I've been using it for maybe a few weeks now). Also, the directions it comes with don't explain the control functions, so open the door and look at the sticker on the inside panel. It's a little something to get used to (for instance, when trying to defrost a smoothie), but maybe that's just how microwaves are made now.

Good choice for stove for a rental. Good looking and easy to keep clean.

Instructions were good. Installed easily. So far so good working great.

I've had this now for about 2 months. And it's wonderful. For the price it's quite and cooks fast. It's simple to use. I really don't see why you need all those other features, because 90% of use is just to reheat or cook popcorn...lol!
