When did they start turning on the vent fan when the microwave runs? There is no way to disable this "feature". Also, it is 2018 why for the love of god isn't the lighting LED? Tried to install an LED replacement bulb and the light socket always has power on it even when selected off so the LED is on ever so dim !?!?! Purchased with a gas free standing range, why couldn't they have consistency in the display color? This is a blue color and the range is a blue/green. Also this is slightly under powered at 1000W

Includes all of the features in our old microwave plus many new features. The door uses a different design for the closure system which should be more dependable

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im returning this microwave for the following reasons..1..No matter what setting you heat, the amount of steam and condensation that accumulates in the oven is horrible. if i close the door the water remains. Its like the walls after a shower..Eventually i fear mold forming..2..it takes almost 4 minutes to heat water in a 20 oz mug. I could have heated on the stove quicker. Everything takes so much longer that any microwave ive used. The sensor is a good idea if you trust your veggies/etc to be overcooked..If you just want them heated, do not count on it.. it looks nice and button options i liked. The turn table is only 12". Not what i prefer. its too small. The one positive compared to GE and others is that the turntable pivot mount disc actually works in holding the glass dish in position. However it does have a lip to the edge of the glass which i often hit lifting my mug out. Other reviewers have mentioned this too. Microwave vent above the unit creates a great deal of moisture on cabinets overhead. Do not want to see what they would eventually do to my wood cabinets in time..But..it does work, if youre not as picky as me..

We have it connected to attic vent and it's louder than the previous microwave that vented into the house. The 92 dB exhaust fan always runs no matter what you do. Wan't to heat something for 30 seconds, better grab your ear plugs. If you have an open floor plan, forget having conversation or watching TV while this thing is running.
