It works as a microwave should and is simple to use. It is also easier to clean the exterior than the previous model. The last model had a stainless framed door, and while it was not hard to clean, the all glass door makes it much simpler.

I really needed a replacement and found this on sale and quickly purchased it. I saved a lot and after installing it I was happy that I had a good experience with the product. It controls pretty well. It was easy to install. The only issue not being able to change the sounds/beeps other than muting them.

Old one prompted you on things like reheat. Can’t figure out how all these buttons work. Also, the new one requires an extra step to enter a cook time. Biggest issue is handle is metal and becomes hot to touch when you’re cooking in range.

Just remember to turn sound on when timer on or you wont hear it. I WOULD like it automatically sound if its a timer. But Love how quiet it is and you can mute it.
