Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cheap price (replacement where we plan to move in 2 years and new buyers will likely want new appliances), got to us relatively fast, but is dented beyond recognition. Now, the packaging seemed sturdy and looked undamaged, so I can only imagine that that damage actually occurred before packaging and whoever was at the front end just assumed that it would "all be OK." Now, honestly, we are desperate for a microwave to warm bottles, etc. so I'd probably just chalk it up to experience and install it anyway, but one of the corners is dented so bad, the hole on the top can't screw to hold up the microwave, so installation is not even possible. Maybe it's for the best. Maybe the internal mechanism was also damaged and I would have microwaved my family. So, what are my options? I get to lug this huge thing to best buy and they will send me a replacement? (great! Another week without a microwave).

This is same standard width as required, but slightly more depth and height. The clock and digital display is very faint and the touchpad is questionable as if it will last. It is not as sensitive as others i have used and the extra pressure needed is strange.
